Open UPI-enabled Payment App: Ensure that you have a UPI-enabled payment app installed on your smartphone. Popular UPI apps in India include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM. Launch the app on your device.

Login and Set Up: If you haven't already done so, log in to your UPI-enabled payment app using your registered mobile number and any required authentication method (such as a PIN or biometric verification). Follow the app's instructions to set up your profile and link your bank account.

Locate the "Scan QR Code" Option: Once you're logged in, look for the "Scan QR Code" or similar option within the app's menu or home screen. This option is typically represented by a camera icon or a QR code symbol.

Align and Scan the QR Code: Position your smartphone's camera so that it can clearly capture the QR code provided for your fees payment. Make sure the QR code is within the frame and well-lit. The app will automatically detect and scan the QR code.

Verify Payment Details: After scanning the QR code, the app will display the payment details associated with it. This usually includes the amount to be paid and the recipient's UPI ID (also known as VPA or Virtual Payment Address). Verify that the information is correct.

Choose Bank Account and Payment Method: Select the bank account you want to use for the payment from the options available within the app. You may also have the choice to select a payment method such as UPI, debit card, or net banking. Ensure you have sufficient funds or a linked payment source.

Enter UPI PIN or Authenticate: To authorize the payment, enter the UPI PIN associated with your bank account or complete any required authentication method as prompted by the app. This step ensures the security of your transaction.

Confirm Payment: Once you've entered the necessary details and authorized the payment, review the information displayed on the screen and confirm the transaction. The app will process the payment.

Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation screen or notification indicating that your fees payment has been completed. You may also receive a transaction ID or receipt for your records.
